Okay, so today is the first day of my planned diet. And as it's the first day, I am going to weigh myself. Well, I feel kinda embarrassed of what I saw today on my tires and measuring tape. Still, well, it's very inspiring.
So, for day's 1 weigh:
Weight: 71.2 (156.9 lb)
Parameters: 103-87-99 cm, thigh-61 (40-43-39 in, thigh-24)
Height (it won't change though I will add it there): 157 cm (5.1 ft)
Well, that's not really great, I know. I don't even have a healthy weight. Still, well, I will survive!
My plan weight is 45-47 kg
Though, as I won't be weighing myself every day but every 5-10 days, my plan weight for those days will be established based on how I weight.
So, my plan weight for 5-10 days is 68 kg (~150 lb)
I am filled with inspiration. I haven't eaten anything today just to wait until I post there.
So, today I am planning to have a liquid day, which will lead me to the weight I want to reach.
